The 2‐day training enables you to help another person through an emotional crisis in a mutual fashion. The curriculum focuses on the three steps, or processes of eCPR: Connecting, emPowering, and Revitalizing. Connecting in eCPR helps create a sense of safety and validation, and reminds the person experiencing a crisis that s/he is not alone. The emPowering process helps others to feel more hopeful and engaged in life and able to plan next steps.
