EVENT: Via Hope is sponsoring a Veterans’ Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) training.
WHEN: March 18-24, 2018
WHERE: Houston, TX
WHAT: Via Hope trains and certifies peer specialists in the state of Texas. A Via Hope Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) is an individual in recovery who has been trained to effectively use their recovery story to help other individuals with their recovery.
COST: $750 registration fee.
Scholarships are available. However, please be aware that the scholarship covers half of the reg fee only plus any potential travel and/or evening meals. The recipient would still be responsible for $375 paid before the training starts.
INCLUDED: Via Hope will provide hotel accommodations starting the night before the training. Lunch will be provided each day; the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast.
