Our guest this month is Stephanie Jack:
Stephanie is the Respite Team Lead at the Peers for Hope House, a peer run crisis respite and hospital diversion program with the Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD in Houston. A Certified Peer Specialist and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Certified Facilitator, Stephanie is passionate about the role peers play in helping each other heal from traumatic experiences and severe life stressors. When she is not busy saving the world, Stephanie spends time with her daughter and her friends and her music. She is currently working on a book about the life lessons she’s learned on her recovery journey.
