Community Connections has a guest for February! Robert Dole, Deputy Associate Commissioner for the Behavioral Health Services Department will be with us to talk about the All Texas Access Initiative. The All Texas Access initiative is a collaboration between Texas Health and Human Services and rural-serving local mental health authorities and local behavioral health authorities.
