You will also be able to access the local information and referral line, which is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery offers Mental Health Recovery and WRAP® Facilitation Seminars.  Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP®) Facilitation courses are training seminars designed by the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery in consultation with Dr. Mary Ellen Copeland, her associates and people with a lived experience of mental health challenges.
